Incogni's 2026 guide reports that anywho.com's privacy policy now directs all data-removal requests to Spokeo's opt-out tool, so that is where the request is actually made.

AnyWho's opt-out requests are processed on Spokeo's system, so one request can cover more than one site. Check both afterwards rather than assuming.

Sources disagree on where AnyWho removals go. Optery's directory still lists an Intelius suppression URL, while Incogni's 2026 guide says the privacy policy now points at Spokeo. We have gone with the more recent and more specific account, and could not test it directly because both sites block automated access.
