What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and organization name. We use this information to provide the service, send transactional emails, and respond to support requests.

Your uploaded content

All documents and files are processed in memory only. No file content is written to disk, stored in a database, or retained after your session ends. We never store your original or redacted documents.

Cryptographic audit receipts

We generate cryptographically signed audit receipts for every redaction. These receipts are returned to you and never stored on our servers. You own your audit trail. Each receipt can be independently verified using our public verification endpoint without revealing any document content.

No third-party AI providers

RedactZero does not send your content to external AI services. All AI processing is performed on our own infrastructure or, for Enterprise and Government customers, on your infrastructure.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the product is used. We do not sell your data or use third-party advertising trackers.
