How to opt out of SearchQuarry and remove your name
SearchQuarry's opt-out page is readable without tripping a bot block, so everything below comes from the broker's own page rather than a third-party guide. It runs a straightforward search-then-remove form, and it publishes two routes most brokers do not: a dedicated process for people covered by the Daniel Anderl Judicial Security and Privacy Act, and a phone line.

Step-by-step removal

Open the opt-out page
Go to searchquarry.com/opt-out. The same page is served at /optout, so either address works.

Search for your own listing
Enter first name, last name and state - all three are required - plus city if you want to narrow the results. The form submits to SearchQuarry's members subdomain, which is where its removal tool actually runs.

Select the record that is yours
Pick your listing from the results. Matching the right record matters: a near-miss on a common name leaves your own listing untouched.

Submit the removal request
Complete the request for the record you selected. No account and no payment are required at any point.

Re-search after a few days with a cleared cache
SearchQuarry does not publish a completion time, so check back yourself. Clear your browser cache first - a cached results page is the most common reason a completed removal looks like a failure.

Good to know
- SearchQuarry publishes a separate route under the Daniel Anderl Judicial Security and Privacy Act for covered people - current, former and retired judges, prosecutors and law-enforcement officers, and immediate family living in the same household. Email privacy@searchquarry.com with the subject line "Attention Covered Person Removal Request" and include your full name, residence, email address and covered-person status.
- There is a published phone line, (800) 859-7375, open 7am to midnight Eastern, if the form does not work for you.
- SearchQuarry lists state privacy rights for residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia. If you live in one of those, the state-rights route is an alternative to the opt-out form and carries a legal deadline.
- The removal form posts to members.searchquarry.com and its fields are namespaced to a platform called InfoPay. That is observable request routing, not an ownership claim - but it is worth knowing that the tool handling your request is not branded SearchQuarry.
SearchQuarry rebuilds listings from public records including court, vehicle and address data. A removal clears what is held now; a later refresh of those public sources can rebuild the listing, so re-check every few months.
