How to opt out of Seamless.AI and remove your name
Seamless.AI is a B2B contact database in the same category as ZoomInfo, Apollo and RocketReach: it sells your work contact details to salespeople, and you almost certainly never gave them to it. Unlike most of its peers it publishes hard numbers on how it handles removal requests, and those numbers are good - which makes it one of the more straightforward opt-outs on this list.
Seamless.AI is often written as Seamless AI. It is the same site, and the opt-out below is the same either way.

Step-by-step removal

Open the Privacy Request Center
Go to preferences.seamless.ai, which Seamless.AI links from its own privacy policy as the place to exercise your rights. If you would rather not use the web form, the published phone number for privacy requests is 855-953-3265.

Choose deletion, not just opt-out of sale
The centre handles access, correction, deletion, and opt-out of sale or sharing as separate requests. Deletion is the one that removes the record; opting out of sale leaves it in the database but stops it being sold on.

Submit your identifying details
Give the work email address and name the record is held under. Seamless.AI must verify your identity before it will act, and says it may be unable to complete a request it cannot verify.

Wait about three days
Seamless.AI's published California metrics for 2025 report an average of 3.3 days and a median of 2.3 days to completion.

Search for yourself again to confirm
Check that the record is gone. If it is not, or the request is refused, use the appeal route below.

Good to know
- Seamless.AI's own 2025 California figures report 21,843 requests granted in whole or in part and zero denied. Published metrics of that kind are rare in this industry and make the request worth making.
- You can appeal a refusal by emailing privacy@seamlessleads.com or calling 855-953-3265. Note the domain - the privacy address is seamlessleads.com, not seamless.ai.
- An authorised agent can act for you, but Seamless.AI requires a signed letter describing you, the agent and the purpose, and it still has to verify your identity separately.
- If you live in Minnesota or Oregon you can also request the list of third parties your data was disclosed to; in Delaware and Maryland you can request the categories of those third parties. That tells you who else to chase.

- The Privacy Request Center sits behind a bot-protection service, so it may briefly check your browser before loading. That is normal and not a sign the page is broken.
B2B databases rebuild continuously from company websites, professional networks and bought lists. A deletion clears what is held now; a new job title or a new employer listing can put you back in, so re-check after any job change.
